“Jack and Jill” Actor David Spade recently placed his Malibu beach home that he bought in 2005 on the market for $13.5 million. Priced at $9.3 million when he first bought the property, Spade is packing up the moving boxes to his two-story, 3,700 square-foot beach front home. Features include four bedrooms, four fireplaces, beach-facing balconies, a cylindrical staircase and a covered patio all atop a quarter-acre lot with a pool. Agent Bryan Harper of Coldwell Banker’s Malibu Colony office holds the listings.
