Miss Malibu Brie Gabriele was named first runner up at the Miss California USA 2012 pageant on January 8th. But it was Natalie Pack, Miss Hoag Hospital, who earned the top spot.
Nearly 300 Californians from Shasta County to San Diego Bay competed in the competition. Gabrielle was named Miss Malibu this fall.
The Miss USA pageant will be held this summer.
